In an elevated position in Super Cannes, Villa Materkiterani has far-reaching views across the bay, extremely attractive pool and a cottage atmosphere to the property that is covered to the rear with Virgina Creeper.The garden is relatively flat and there is a boules court that also doubles as a table tennis area. A covered terrace provides some shade for outdoor dining and the whole of the house has been refurbished to a very high standard. The salon is comfortable with cream sofas and incorporates also the dining area with a table and upholstered chairs in Provenal colours for up to 8. French windows from the living area open out onto the south-facing pool terrace. The kitchen adjacent is fully equipped with dishwasher, electric oven, hob, fridge and table and high back wicker chairs for 4. Laundry facilities available. There are three bedrooms all double with en suite bathrooms and air-conditioning. The owners ask that no pets are allowed in the villa. Double garage.
